3. Rewards, Leaderboards & Public Display

Wiyami includes an optional Rewards programme with public leaderboards. If you take part, your display name and your activity/engagement score are uploaded to our servers and shown publicly on in-app leaderboards (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) so that other users can see the rankings. This information is visible to all users of the app.

Participation is optional. Before your name and score appear on a public leaderboard, the app makes clear that this data will be shared publicly, and by continuing to participate you consent to this display. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at contact@wiyami.com or by not taking part in ranked activity; on opt-out your entry is removed from the public leaderboards.

Leaderboards use only your display name and an aggregate activity score. We never publish your email address, phone number, date of birth, or other private account details on a leaderboard.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:

With other users: Profile information, trip details, and content you choose to make public or share with connections.
Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate (cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery).
Legal requirements: When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
