1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wiyami ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Wiyami. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person may only maintain one account.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Spam, solicit, or advertise without permission
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the App's security
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the App
  • Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Wiyami. By posting content, you grant Wiyami a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Safety & Meetings

Wiyami facilitates connections between travelers but does not guarantee the safety of in-person meetings. Users are responsible for:

  • Exercising caution when meeting other users in person
  • Meeting in public places for initial interactions
  • Informing someone you trust about your travel plans
  • Reporting any suspicious or harmful behavior immediately

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wiyami is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, interactions with other users, or travel activities facilitated through the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
